STYLES OF YOGA
A sequence of 26 postures and Pranayama breathing. Following the Lineage of Bishnu Gosh, this yoga is practiced in a room heated between 38 and 40 degrees Celsius and is 60 or 70 minutes long. Suitable for both beginners and advanced students,Hot Yoga is designed to relieve stress, balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system, reverse the ageing process and reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and strong.
SILENTLY HOT YOGA
A Hot Yang Class led by our experienced Hot Yang teachers with no dialogue, only
prompts to flow from one posture to next. Designed for anyone with some experience in
Bikram or other similar Hot Yoga methods. An amazing way to tune in to the “priority”of all Yoga Asana’s, your breath.
Classic Vinyasa Flow, but with a fusion of Iyengar and Yin. Suitable for beginner to
advanced as there will be options for the more challenging postures. A class that
allows for more expression, fun and opening and strengthening from toes to fingertips…
No added heat as Phuket boasts the perfect temperature for this style of yoga ( approx 28-30 degrees).
A gentle and steady flow through warm-up, standing and seated postures with emphasis on breath awareness, mindful movement and
body opening. think soulful, soothing and releasing to bring you right
back to your peaceful self after a long hard day.
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Ashtanga Fusion is a dynamic practice based off the traditional ‘Ashtanga yoga Primary Series’. The class follows a set sequence of poses (asana) which synchronized breath with movement into a powerful moving meditation. The primary series or ‘yoga chikitsa’ consists of 76 poses linking with breath, that prepares the body for more advanced asanas by opening the hips, building strength, and realigning the spine. We practice in a non-heated studio and in silence. It is a physically demanding practice but all levels are welcome and modifications are offer for all body types and limitations.
Fly yoga Also referred to as Aerial Yoga, is a type of yoga that uses a hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as AntiGravity yoga. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance, and acrobatics.

What Our Client Says
Good place to do yoga with various types of classes. All the staffs can speak English. They’re very friendly and helpful. The price is a little bit high especially in this pandemic situation. They could decrease a bit to get more of people. One more thing, the place very clean!
Most inspiring yoga studio!!! Studio set up has such a gret vibe and overall the atmosphere is relaxed and you get so much out of one class!! Love the blog, just started following “with an open heart and mind”
The best yoga studio in Phuket! After a busy day at work, Yoga Republic is the place to be! I love the crew, I joined them as a very beginner (haven’t done much of yoga in my life) and have noticed the progress with my body and mind just after couple of months. I would suggest Yoga Republic to everyone, expats living here, visitors, tourists, even if you haven’t tried yoga before, don’t be scared! It is so much fun and, how Jack would say, sweat is the new black 🙂
